Returns Policy 

At Razaramakes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewellery, we have a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns Period:

  • You may return unworn/unused jewellery items within 28 days of receiving them. 
  • Please note in the interest of Hygiene, there is NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON EARRINGS. 

Faulty or Not-as-Described Items:

  • If your jewellery is faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage.
  • You can choose to receive a full refund, including standard delivery charges, or request a replacement item.

Change of Mind or Other Reasons:

  • If you simply change your mind or have other reasons for returning the jewellery, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We will issue a refund for the cost of the item once we receive it in its original condition and packaging.

Personalised or Custom-Made Jewellery:

  • Please note that personalised or custom-made jewellery is not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@razaramakes.com.
  • Alternatively provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in the contact form below.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
